BIOGRAPHY

  • 2004 - The Beginning

    Enchantya was born when vocalist Rute Fevereiro took a break from her classic band Black Widows and started exploring music for a new project.

  • 2006 - First EP

    The band releases their first EP, "Moonlighting the Dreamer" that was recorded the previous year.

  • 2012 - First album "Dark Rising"

    The band releases their first album "Dark Rising" through german label Massacre Records.

  • 2014 - Split up

    After some shows promoting the album the band split up due to creative differences about the new music's direction.

  • 2016 - New line-up

    Rute Fevereiro gathered a new line-up to start composing a new album.

  • 2019 - New album "On Light and Wrath"

    "On Light and Wrath" , that was recorded in 2018, is released by finnish label Inverse Records. This album takes the band's sound one step further by adding violin, a whole choir of singers and the guest appearance of the vocalist from Desire , Nuno Caldas.

  • 2023 - New album "Cerberus"

    The band releases its most ambitious record to date on the 28th of April. The record was released by Inverse Records. This album gains excellent reviews and feedback.

  • 2024 - "Symphony of Cerebrus"

    "Symphony of Cerberus" is the orchestral version of their acclaimed album. Out on April 26th by Inverse Records, "Symphony of Cerberus" has 12 original tracks revamped for orchestra and choir.
